We're approaching our 40th Wedding Anniversary and research indicated that as such, it was the "Ruby Anniversary". Hours of reseach on the Internet led me to Star Ruby. Being a natural skeptic, sending money off to a foreign country, and waiting for something of value to show up in the mail, left me feeling uncomfortabale and anxious. I had the most wonderful experience of meeting via e-mail, Harshil Zaveri, of the Ruby Store. The man is a paragon of virtue and patience. Throughout the whole experience I felt more like I was dealing with a friend, rather than a salesman. He answered all of my almost endless questions. He gave me enough of an education for me to make an intellegent selection of what I wanted, and then helped me find it. He quieted my fears about the unknown of buying via the internet. He created a beautiful piece of jewelry that is destined to be a family heirloom. I'm a lifelong customer.

Harshil and company is the best gem team I know. I bought several gems from Star Ruby Shop on Harshil's recommendations, all of which are first class. Three months ago, Harshil recommended a beautiful emerald and it took my wife more than 2 months to decide on a ring setting. Today, she finally received it finished and no words can describe the even greater dark green beauty it became when set into a ring. Received my Emerald cut Blue sapphire at Noon, proceeded to the Jeweler
at 1:00pm and will finalize tomorrow how to mount it. It will be in White
gold and probably use two princess cut diamonds I have,( at least). I'll have it set horizontally from the little finger toward the index finger which is really pretty and not the usual position of an emerald cut stone. Thank you Harshil for your patience in answering my many questions during it's transit time, which I do appreciate.

I have later today( after the trip to the Jeweler), placed an

I am so glad I finally order something. I came across this site by mistake when I was searching for ruby.
I don�t normally order jewelry online because you just don�t know what you are getting or if the site can be trusted. I finally order something inexpensive ( heart shaped emerald stone and had it set in a ring ) just to check it out. Harshil , assisted me in the setting and it came out perfect. Communication with Harshil was easy. I�m so glad I order something, because for this quality of emerald , the gold and work would cost me thousands of dollars in the U.S.
