Awesome Gemstones, great Communication and Service

Being in a place like Australia one would think I could easily find the gemstone I was looking for and I spent days going around to many shops looking for a specific stone but no luck. Then I decided to turn my attention to the internet and came across Star Ruby/Gem Soul. I registered on their site and was immediately contacted by Harshil who was really willing to assist me in my search. I am extremely impressed with the high quality of photos on their site, the communication and I am extremely pleased with the purchase. I will be looking to buy more gemstone from Star Ruby in future.

Great product, great service, great price

Great care and attention is payed by the staff at Star Ruby. All correspondence is prompt and accurate. We sent back the first stone we had as we wanted a bigger one and the refund was prompt. A new ring chosen but then we decided on a very spefific setting. We sent pictures of the design we had in mind, and in a very short time the ring was made and set with the stone. We were updated at several stages of the process with pictures and are very happy with pictures of the progress and of the final product. The workmanship on the ring is very good and excellently priced. I would certainly recomend this site to anyone looking for good products and good service at a good price.
