I had a problem at customs in my country, but Harshil was responsible for each of my letter and help resolve the situation. In the end I holding in my hands my beautiful star sapphire.

Never using a UK based jewelers again

Excellent company to deal with and very happy with our ruby pendant, I'll be coming back to use Star Ruby again.

Shopping for what I wanted in the UK was frustrating. On asking a number of privately owned jewellers, in the UK Exeter etc, "where is the ruby from" I never got a knowledgeable answer. My mind said "what am I buying then?". Here I chose the stone, chose the setting and paid.
