I had never ordered from this company before and was more than a little nervous because of an unhappy experience I had had with an on-line company (not this one) a few years ago. I needn't have worried. I ordered a beautiful star sapphire and got the stone I ordered. I knew exactly what it was going to look like when I ordered it. I really like how the stones are shown exactly as they are with no photo touch-ups or color enhancements AND I like being able to see them close-up and/or in video format.
