My wife and I have purchased three sapphire gemstones from Star Ruby. We have been very happy with all three, and with the help and advice Mr. Harshil Zaveri has given us. Mr. Zaveri has been the most helpful expert in the precious gemstone business we have dealt with. The gemstones were exactly as advertised. Two of the sapphires are flawless and transparent, precisely as promised by Star Ruby. All three are consistently full in color throughout the gemstones, again as promised. I was very worried about buying a stone online so did some research. Harshil's quick reply, professionalism and answers to my questions about a setting I had in mind for the stone, convinced me that I could trust the site. Within 24 hrs of placing out order, Harshil advised us to change to the free shipping, saving us $69. We then received the stone faster than we expected, and the packaging was wonderful. The woman setting the stone for us loves it and told us she has been several times to India to buy sapphires. I will definitely buy from Harshil again. It was a flawless experience.

I was very dubious at best about spending so much money online with a company I'd never heard of. But to be fair to Harshil he was always very quick with responses and happy to take pictures of the stones I was interested in.

The thing that made me go ahead with the purchase was finding out that they were voted in the top ten Indian online business by Google.

Once I'd payed for the stone I had some more worries in my head but they were unfounded as the stone arrived in the UK after four days; two days faster than the six to nine quoted.

A very happy customer I would definitely use them again.
