Shipping Information
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to almost all countries. The shipping charges applicable to your shipping address will be added to the order total in the shopping cart before you proceed to checkout. If shipping is not available to your country, your shopping cart will show a message saying "No shipping available to the selected country". In such a case, you are requested to contact us for customized shipping arrangements. We provide Free Insured Shipping by EMS for all orders over $200 in value.

Are all shipments insured?
Yes - all packages we send are fully insured and traceable. Our staff will instantly update you with the tracking details once your order is shipped. The shipping charges are inclusive of insurance as well as packaging.
How soon will my order be shipped?
All products are shipped within 48 hours (usually earlier). We will send you an email to confirm the outgoing date and give you the estimated arrival date at your address. We keep you updated regarding the status of your order. Please do note that in some cases if gem-lab certification is to be arranged, it might takes 3-4 working days extra.
What about custom charges & duties?
Please be advised that we cannot control nor pay for any customs charges, duties or VAT in your country, as they vary from case to case and are beyond our reach. There is no duty on import of loose gemstones in the USA. In most other countries, you may be looking at around 1% to 5% of the declared value for loose gems. Also, you will be able to recover VAT as a professional buyer. Please contact your local customs if you need further information, or drop us an email and we will provide you more information on customs duties in your country.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Generally, shipments are delivered as follows:

I want the gemstone I purchased mounted in a piece of jewelry before it is shipped. What do I do?
If you would like the gemstone(s) you purchased mounted in any form of jewelry, please send us an email, or mention the same in order comments while placing your order, and we will get back to you by email to take it forward. Normally, it takes 7-10 days for a piece of jewelry to be fabricated as per your requirements. Visit our Jewelry Solutions page for more information.
Returns Policy
We have a very clear returns policy. The inspection period is 30 days, starting from the day the order has been delivered. If you don't like the stone, return it and we will refund your payment. It is that simple! No exceptions. No discussions. No delays. There is no re-enlisting or re-stocking fee. The only condition is that the item must be returned unchanged, undamaged and including the complete packaging, documentation, certificates, free gifts, etc. Shipping charges are not refundable (normally $12.97 or $19.97 depending on your country of residence). In case of payments made through 2checkout, the payment processing charges (5%) charged by the payment processor are non-refundable. For payments through PayPal, no payment transaction fees are deducted.
Since we carry the major cost (and the work) of a return, it is in our foremost business interest not to show or present any stone better than it actually is. A returned stone is bad news for us. Therefore, we do everything to ensure that what you see is what you get. At the end of the day, every return raises our cost, which is in nobody's interest.
