I have nothing but admiration for the way in which my order has been dealt with by Mr Zaveri. He is a gentleman with a high degree of integrity who engenders trust at every stage of the buying process. He is true to his word and ultimately delivers an exceptional product of true value and quality. I purchased the sapphire on 24th September and ordered the ring to be made on 25th September. The finished item was delivered to me on 14th October having been made in India and shipped to the UK via Express mail and not courier. The service is exceptional and the product beautiful.
