Blue star sapphire
I bought a beautiful blue star sapphire on 12 May 2012. It arrived in the post on 25 May 2012. To stand in direct sunlight and see the star is magical.
I've bought it as a 21st birthday gift; I'm not so sure I want to part with it now. :-)
