This week we present an lavish collection of Trapiche Emeralds mined from the Muzo Mines in Colombia. We were lucky enough to buy out from an old retired German gem-dealer his lifetime collection of Trapiche emeralds. The gentleman used to buy & sell Colombian emeralds in bulk and he would personally travel to the Muzo and Chivor mines in Colombia to buy his stuff. As a by-product, over the years he built this beautiful collection one stone at a time.
